Rwan, os ydi'r cyhoedd yn cicio Cynghorydd allan gan nad ydyw unai yn ddigon da neu eu bod yn teimlo nad ydyw wedi gwneud digon i'r gymuned, y peth diwethaf da chi yn ei ddisgwyl ydi iddynt gael joban wedyn ar rhyw bwyllgor neu asiantaeth. Wel hogia bach, dyna be sy'n digwydd.
Mi welsom Mai 2008, 2 unigolyn yma yng Ngwynedd yn cael cic allan o'r Cyngor, sef Dafydd Iwan a Richard Parry Hughes. Wrth gwrs be ddigwyddodd nesaf oedd i Dafydd Iwan gael joban ar Bwyllgor PEG, a Parry Hughes gael mynd ar Heddlu Gogledd Cymru ymysg apwyntiadau eraill.
Rwan yn anhygoel ar ol methu rheoli yng Ngwynedd, mae wedi cael ei apwyntio i Fwrdd cysgodol Ynys Mon.
Felly'r neges yn y fan hon tdi os ydi'r cyhoedd yn cael gwared ohonoch, peidiwch a poeni, mae'r hogia am edrych ar eich h'ol.
Now if the public kick you out as a councillor, either because they feel your not good enough or that you havent done enough for the community, the last thing you'd expect is for them to be given a job on some public committee or other simmilar organisations. Well you will be glad to know, that is what happens.
We saw in May 2008, 2 people here in Gwynedd getting kicked out as Councillors, Dafydd Iwan who had a nice cushy job on Gwynedd PEG and Richard Parry Hughes who had a post with the North Wales Police Authourity and other bodies as well.
Now amazingly after failing to manage Gwynedd Council, Parry Hughes has been appointed to the shadow board in Anglesey Council.
So the message here is if your rejected by the publiv, no problems, the lads will look after you.
