GWIRFODDOLWYR - VOLUNTEERS
Fore Sul daeth nifer o Gynghorwyr Cymuned Llanwnda, trigolion eraill o Rhosgadfan ac hyd yn oed o Lanberis draw i osod pystiau gol ar gae chwarae Rhosgadfan.
Mae nifer o'r ifanc wedi bod yn cwyno nad oedd dim iddynt wneud, ac drwy gael rhain yn eu lle, o leiaf cant fynd yno i gael cic a ballu tan fydd mwy o bethau yn cael eu gosod.
Mae rhan fwyaf o'r paratoi wedi'w wneud gan Hugh, ac roedd gwaith caled gan bawb oedd yno fore Sul yn golygu fod yna bystiau yn eu lle, fydd yn gwneud andros o wahaniaeth i blant, a gobeithio eu tynny oddiwrth y strydoedd i chwarae pel.
Hefyd mae yna dim Peldroed o'r enw Mountain Rangers yn y pentref, a braint oedd gennyf yn gem Dydd Sadwrn o noddi pel y gem iddynt. Mae'nt yn cael llwyddiant gwych er mai colli 4-3 wnaethant penwythnos hwn.
Dwi wedi bod ynghlwm efo datblygiad y tim ers iddynt sefydlu haf 2008, ac mae'r hogia i'w clodfori ar y ffordd maen't wedi casglu noddwyr ac arian i brynu defnyddiau. Mae ganddynt rhaglen gwerth chweil, a dweud y gwir yn well na ambell dimau o Gynghrair Cymru.
Felly chwi bobol leol, cefnogwch yr hogia, a dewch gyda'n gilydd er mwyn gwella ein pentrefi i bawb.
On Sunday morning a number of Llanwnda Community Councillors and others from Rhosgadfan and even as far away as Llanberis, came to Rhosgadfan to fix goal posts in the playing field.
The oyungsters had been complaining that they had nothing to do, and by getting these posts in their place, at least they now have somewhere for a kick about instead of playing on the streets.
All the preperations had been organised by Hugh, and everyone there on Sunday worked hard which now means that the village have somnewhere for the youngsters to go. It will make a lot of difference and hopefully reduce the anti social behaviour.
There is also a football team in Rhosgadfan called Mountain Rangers, and it was a pleasure for me on Saturday to sponsor their match ball. They are very successful although on Saturday they lost 4-3.
I have been with the lads since the beginning of Summer 2008, and they are to be praised for the way they have gone around collecting sponsore and raising money to buy equipment and kit. Their match day programme is outstanding and is miles better than some of the teams in the League of Wales.
So all you local people, let's support the lads, and let us all work together to create a better village for us all.
