CANOLFAN HWYLIO PWLLHELI - PWLLHELI SAILING CENTRE
Mae na gryn feirniadaeth am y Cynulliad yn rhoi £15 miliwn i greu canolfan ym Mangor mewn amser o ddirwasgiad. Wel dyma chi un arall.
Mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn awyddus i greu Canolfan Hwylio ym Mhwllheli. Golygir gwario £7 miliwn ar y cynllun a creu hyd at 20 o swyddi.
Golygir hyn felly grant o £300,000 am bob swydd sy'n cael ei greu, ac fe fydd y Cyngor Sir (sydd yn cau cartrefi'r Henoed, cau Ysgolion, cau toiledau a cau popeth i ddefnyddwyr yn y Sir) yn rhoi swm sylweddol o arian i fewn i'r cynllun.
Rwan mae Canolfan Hwylio yn rhywbeth elitaidd uffernol, ydi plant stadau tai cyngor Pwllheli am ddefnyddio'r adnodd hwn - nac ydi wrth gwrs. Plant i Gyfreithwyr, Cyfrifyddion, Uwch Swyddogion Cyhoeddus a ballu fydd y targed.
Pam ar y ddaear gwario cymaint o arian pan mae Plas Menai ger Y Felinheli eisioes wedi cael swm o arian i wneud Canolfan Hwylio yma.
Gwrandwch Cyngor Gwynedd, fydd na ddim ffadan goch gan y Cynulliad i'r cynllun hwn, mae hi yn amlwg fod unrhyw arian i'r maes wedi mynd i Plas Menai felly pam gwastraffu mwy o arian trethdalwyr yn ceisio creu rhywbeth sydd ddim am ddigwydd.
Gwerthwch y dam Marina, neu well byth rhowch 20 mlynedd o les allan am £12,000,000 a codwch rhent bychan wedyn fydd yn golygu fod gwasanaethau yn y Sir yn cael eu cadw.
Cofiwch am y Meerkats - Siiimple
There have been criticism regarding the Welsh Assembly giving £15 million to create an Arts Centre in Bangor in a middle of a recession.
Well here's another one.
Gwynedd Council are anxious to create a Sailing Centre in Pwllheli. This means spending £7 million on the scheme which will create up to 20 jobs.
Now this means a grant of £300,000 per job created and at a time when the council is closing old people's homes, schools, toilets, and everything in the county that reatepayers want, in addition to giving a substantial sum for the scheme.
Now a Sailing Center is an elite establishment and will the children of the council estates in Pwllheli use this resource - of course not. Solicitors, Accountants and Senior Public Servants's children will be the main beneficiary.
Why o Why waste so much money when Plas Menai (National Watersports Center in Felinheli) have received a considerable amount to create such a center
Listen Gwynedd Council, there will be no public money from Cardiff fod this scheme, it is perfectly obvious that the money has gone to Plas Menai so why waste more time and resources and ratepayers money in trying to create something that ain't gonna happen.
Sell the damn Marina, or better still sell a 20 year lease on it for £12,000,000 and charge a small rent which would mean that services for the people of Gwynedd can be kept.

ARFON 7
MARCHOG - KEITH GREENLY JONES (LLAFUR)
Fedrwn eistedd drwy'r dydd yn gwrando ar Keith yn siarad. "Bangor lad" go iawn. Dyn gwybodus a cof anhygoel ganddo yn cofio pethau sydd wedi digwydd bell yn ol. Dwi ond yn ei weld unwaith y mis mewn cyfarfodydd cynllunio ar wahan wrth wgrs i gyfarfodydd y Cyngor llawn.
MENAI (BANGOR) - KEITH MARSHALL (LIB DEMS)
Mae Keith a'i wraig yn gynghorwyr, ac mae'r ddau efo'i gilydd mewn cyfarfod fel "double act" da. Mae yna achlysur lle mae'r ddau wedi pleidleisio yn wahannol, sy'n ndangos eu bod gyda safbwynt reit gryf fel unigolion.
MENAI (BANGOR) - JUNE MARSHALL (LIB DEMS)
Fel yr uchod, mwy neu lai. Yr unig wr a gwraig ar y Cyngor erioed (dwi'n meddwl). Mae na ebrthnasau eraill wedi bod yno (tad a mab & brawd a chwaer).
mae June yn ymgyrchu i gadw datblygiadau oddi fewn i reswm, ac dim ofn ganddi fynd yn erbyn swyddogion y Cyngor ar adegau.
MARCHOG - KEITH GREENLY JONES (LABOUR)
I can sit all day listening to Keith speaking. A true "Bangor Lad". An ex paramedic with a fantastic memory for incidents that has happened in the county. I only see him at the planning meetings and of course the full council meetings.
MENAI (BANGOR) - KEITH MARSHALL (LIB DEMS)
Keith and his good lady are both Councillors and do a great double act. There have been occassions when both have voted differently which show that both of them have an independant and strong point of view.
MENAI (BANGOR) - JUNE MARSHALL (LIB DEMS)
As the above more or less. The only Husband and wife team on the council ever (i think). There have been plenty of other relations there (Father/Son & Brother and Sister). June is an avid campaigner to keep developments sensible and is not afraid to go against officers on occassions.
MYTH
Syth ar ol cyfrif pleidleisiau yn Mai 2008, roedd rhywyn wedi rhoi y faner i fyny "DAFYDD IWAN DOS I GANU" wrth gwrs fi ges y bai am hynny gan gynghorydd Plaid Cymru yng Ngwynedd.
Dywedodd wrthyf fore wedyn "... peth gwirion nes tio o roi y faner na i fyny efo brics, be fuasai y brics wedi disgyn ar ffenestr car yn y gwaelod".
I ddechrau doedd gennyf I ddim byd i wneud efo'r faner ac er i mi holi nifer yng Nghaernarfon, does dim enw wedi dod ymlaen i mi.
Y diwrnod hwnnw roeddwn wedi bod ar fy nhraed ers 5.30 y bore gan roedd yn rhaid sefyll mewn canolfanau pleidleisio ac drwy gydol y dydd roeddwn yn rhannu fy amser rhwng gorsafoedd Felinwnda, Rhostryfan a Rhosgadfan. Syth ar ol cau y blychau, roeddwn i lawr yn y Ganolfan Hamdden tan roedd y bleidlais olaf wedi'w chyfrif yna adref i'r gwely.
Gyda llaw yn ystod y cyfrif roedd yna rhyw gorach bychan yn mynd o fwrdd i fwrdd ac bob tro yn pasio aelod o Lais Gwynedd neu Llafur, roedd rhyw dwrw fel neidr ganddo rhywbeth fel "hssss" - Dwi ddim am ei enwi, gan na thybiwn fod ymddwyn fel hyn yn esiampl dda i blant yn ei ysgol.
Beth bynnag, wedi llwyr flino, roedd rhaid codi i fynd i'r ganolfan y bore trannoeth, ac roedd fy nhad wedi dod draw i ddreifio fi yno. Ar y ffordd aeth y ffon, ac hefyd roedd yr unigolyn ar yr ochr arall yn gofyn i mi beth oeddwn wedi ei roi i fyny ar y bont. Wel roedd rhaid i mi fynd yno i weld, a dyna beth wnaeth.
Gallaf ddatgan gyda llaw ar fy nghalon nad oedd dim byd i wneud efo fi a neb dwi yn ei adnabod chwaith. Yn amlwg i unrhyw un sy'n 'nabod y cofis mai hiwmor "Cofi Dre" oedd yr weithred.
Straight after counting the votes in May 2008, someone had placed a banner on a bridge in Caernarfon with "DAFYDD IWAN DOS I GANU" (Dafydd Iwan - get singing)and of course I was accused by a Plaid Cymru Councillor in Gwynedd.
He told me the following day "...that was a silly thing you did in placing bricks to hold the sheet up, what would have happened if the bricks had fell through a car's windscreen"
I can categorically state that I or anyone I know had nothing to do with the banner. I have asked around but no names has been forthcoming.
Thad day I had been up since 5.30am as I wa son duty at the voting centres in my ward. I had to split my time between three centres in Felinwnda, Rhostryfan and Rhosgadfan. Straight after the voting closed, I was down in the Leisure Centre until the last vote was counted, then straight home to bed.
By the way during the evening count, there was a small dwarfish person going from table to table and every time he passed a Llais Gwynedd candidate or a Labour supporter he made a hissing noise like a snake - Now i'm not going to name him, as this kind of behaviour does not set a good example to children in his school.
Anyway, thoroughly knackered , next mornin g I had to get up early to go back to the Leisure Centre and my father was over to drive me there.
On the way over, the mobile went and a friend asked me If it was me who had put the banner up, I knew nothing about it until then. So we made a slight detour to see it.
Hand on heart I can easily state that it wasn't me nor was it anyone I knew ( or who have admitted to me anyway)
Obviously anyone who knows the people of Caernarfon would know that this would be the work of a witty "Cofi Dre".

BE YDI'R DYDDIAD - WHAT'S THE DATE
Bore Iau daeth rhaglen y cyngor drwy'r post at yr wythnos ganlynnol.
Wrth ei ddarllen roedd yn rhaid ail edrych ar y dyddiad - Oedd hi yn Ebrill y 1af ?
Argymell codi cyflogau Uwch Swyddogion, mewn ams er ble mae Cyngor Gwynedd yn torri gwasanaethau, swyddi, adnoddau.
Mae angen arwain drwy esiampl yma. Mi fuasai'r Uwch Swyddogion a enwir yn yr adroddiad yn ennill llawer mwy o barch trigolion Gwynedd pe buasent yn cynnig tynny yr argymhelliad yn ol hyd nes fod gwasanaethau i ysgolion , yr ifanc, yr henoed ac eraill yn y Sir yn un o'r gorau yn y Wlad a Gwynedd yn ariannol yn ol mewn sefyllfa o ddigonedd.
Pan mae ysgolion yn cau, diffyg adnoddau ynddynt, dim toiledau ar agor ac wedyn argymhelliad i roi mwy o gyflogau i Uwch Swyddogion - Tydi'r peth ddim yn gwneud synnwyr.
Rwan dadl y Cyngor ydi fod rhaid i gyflogau swyddogion i fod ar yr un lefel ar sector breifat.
Sori, ond tydi hynny ddim yn ddadl. Mae'r Cyngor yn saff o'i h'incwm, mae ganddynt gynllun pensiwn (6% o'i cyflog), mae ganddynt gynllun salwch (6 mis o gyflog llawn a 6 mis o hanner cyflog), ac mae ganddynt gynllun petaent yn marw (3 gwaith eu cyflog gross).
Rwan dywedwch wrthyf fi, faint o fusnesau preifat allan yna sydd gyda cynlluniau yr un fath ? Fawr ddim. Mae £50,000 y flwyddyn yn hen ddigon uchel fel cyflog yn yr ardal hon.
Felly o ddifrif calon ac er mwyn ennill parch pawb, tynnwch y cynnig yn ol cyn Dydd Iau gan fod ei argymell yn hunanladdiad gwleidyddol mwyaf ers y Ddogfen Ad-Drefnu Addysg ac mae Dyfed Edwards yr Arweinydd a J R Jones yn cynnig y cais am godiad cyflog.
Cawn weld sut fydd pawb yn rhoi eu pleidlais.
On Thursday the Council's Agenda came through the post for the following week.
Reading it, I had to check that it wasnt 1st of April.
There was a proposal to raise the salary of Senior Staff whilst the Council is cutting services, jobs and resources.
This I feel is the time to lead by example. The Senior Officers named in the report would earn a lot of respect from ratepayers in Gwynedd if they were to suggest withdrawing the proposal until such time that resources in schools are replenished, the young and old and the County back to the land of plenty.
When schools are poroposed to close, public toilets are proposed to closeand then at the same time a proposal to increase the salary of seniior officers - It just doesnt make sense.
Now the Council's argument is that Public Sector pay must be on the same level as private industry.
Sorry byt that is not a valid argument. The Council's income is known, they have ap pension plan (6% of salary), Sick Plan (6 months full pay and 6 months half pay) and a death in service policy of 3 times their gross salary tax free.
Now tell me how many private enterprises out there offer the same conditions of work ? Not much. I think that £50,000pa is enough of a salary in the council in this area.
So for goodness sake to gain a lot of respect from the ratepayers in Gwynedd, withdraw the proposal before the meeting as to introduce it is political suicide worse than the Schools Policy Fiasco and Dyfed Edwards and JR Jones are to propose the rise.
We will all be able to see who voted which way.

IEUAN AIR TA GWYNEDD AIR - IEUAN AIR OR GWYNEDD AIR
Wel gyfeillion, mae na ddatblygiad i hyn. Dwi wedi derbyn ebost gan swyddog oedd yn datgan nad oedd arweinydd y Cyngor Dyfed Edwards (Plaid Cymru) yn hedfan i Gaerdydd i weld y Gweinidog Treftadaeth (Alun Ffred sy'n byw llai na 3 milltir o Dyfed ym Mhenygroes).
Rwan, mae gen i ebost sy'n nodi FOD Dyfed Edwards yn mynd i Gaerdydd i gyfarfod Alun Ffred Jones, felly Cyngor Gwynedd, Beth yw'r Gwir ? Oedd o ta be ?
Yn ychwanegol fel fod etholwyr Gwynedd yn cael gwybod faint sydd yn cael ei wario ar IEUAN AIR (GWYNEDD AIR)o bwrs y Cyngor Sir, dwi wedi gofyn y cwestiwn faint o bres sydd wedi mynd ar Ieuan Air. Mi af ymhellach i weld pwy sydd wedi bod yn defnyddio'r awyren ddrudfawr hon ac i ba reswm.
Mae gormod o amser yn malu caxxx mewn cyfarfodydd di-ddim gan Gynghorwyr ac mae angen adolygu rhain o Gaerdydd i Gaernarfon. Os ydi'r esgid yn gwasgu, defnyddiwch synnwyr cyffredin ac arwain drwy esiampl.
There have been developments on this. I am in receipt of an email from an officer of the Council which states that Gwynedd Council leader Dyfed Edwards (Plaid Cymru) did not fly to Cardiff to meet the Heritage Monister (Alun ffred Jones who lives 3 miles from Dyfed's house in Penygroes).
Now I am in receipt of an email that states that Dyfed Edwards was in Cardiff to meet the Heritage Minister, so Gwynedd Council let's have some clarity and transparency on this ? What is the truth ? Was he there meeting Alun Ffred Jones the Heritage Minister or not ?
Additionally, it is only right that ratepayers in Gwynedd get to know how much the County spends on IEUAN AIR (GWYNEDD AIR) from the Council's depleted purse.
I have asked the question how much has been spent on Ieuan Air, and furthermore I shall then see when and by whom.
Too much time is spent in useless meetings wasting time and money with other more important matters needing attention, and we need a total review from cardiff to Caernarfon on these.
If the belt needs tightening, we need to be sensible and a leader must lead by example.

MYTH
Rhaid dweud pan ddywedodd Dafydd Iwan y myth hwn yn fyw ar BBC Radio Cymru, mi benderfynnais gan ei fod eisiau chwarae yn fudr, mi geith o chwarae budr a dyma lle (o fy ochr I dorrodd perthynas weithiol/cyd weithiol rhyngddom). Wrth gwrs roedd Dafydd wedi pellhau o'r cyfarfod yn Ysgol Syr Hugh Owen, pan sylweddolodd fod yna fygwth i Blaid Cymru o barti arall.
Roedd Radio Cymru yn trafod etholiadau drwy Gymru, ond roedd Dafydd Iwan yn treulio'r amser yn son am Llais Gwynedd ar etholiad yng Ngwynedd (yn groes i reolau darlledu etholiadol- fel gyfaddodd BBC wedi'r darllediad a rhoi ymddiheuriadau i ni.
Tra yn manteisio ar y Radio fe ddywedodd fod gan Llais Gwynedd aelod sy'n wrth Gymreig ac yn gefnogol i'r ochr dde eithafol. - hyn wrth gwrs yn glwyddau noeth ac yn ymgais i bardduo ni fel parti.
Roedd wrth gwrs yn cyfeirio at John Walker oedd wedi arwyddo taflen un o ymgeiswyr Llais Gwynedd.
Iawn i glirio ffeithiau, tydi Mr Walker erioed wedi bod yn aelod o Lais Gwynedd, na chwaith wedi mynychu unrhyw gyfarfod gennym o gwbl. Mi arwyddodd y papur gan ei fod yn byw yn ymyl yr ymgeisydd, ac oll mae arwyddo y papur etholiadol yn ei wneud yw datganiad fod yr unigolyn yn gymwys i sefyll.
Cymerwch fy mhapur I fel engraifft. Arwyddwyd y papur hwnnw gan 10 unigolyn yn y ward. Aelodau Plaid Cymru, cyn aelodau o Blaid Cymru, aelodau o Lais Gwynedd ac unigolion oedd erioed wedi bod yn aelod o ddim byd ar wahan i'r WI a Ffermwyr Ifanc.
Iawn ta beth am y rhai oedd wedi arwyddo papurau rhai o aelodau o Blaid Cymru. Pwy arwyddodd bapur y Cynghorydd Dewi Lewis ?, ac mae yn anifer mwy o unigolion amheus allan yna ond wrth gwrs dim nhw oedd yn sefyll ond yn hytrach yr ymgeisydd.
Felly dyna Myth arall wedi'w roi yn y gwely, ac esboniad sut gychwynodd y ffrae rhwng Dafydd a finnau.
I must say when Dafydd Iwan stated this myth live on BBC Radio Cymru, I decided that if he wants to play dirty, I'll give him playing dirty, and this is the turning point where he lost all credibility and any respect that I had for him. Of course Dafydd had become distant following the meeting in Syr Hugh Owen when he realised that Llais Gwynedd were to be a threat to Plaid Cymru.
Radio Cymru were discussing elections throughout Wales, but Dafydd Iwan spent most of the time discussing Llais Gwynedd and the elections in Gwynedd (which is contrary to election rules of the BBC - BBC after the broadcast apologised and admitted that Iwan had contravened the rules)
Whilst live on the radio, he stated that Llais Gwynedd had an individual who was a member that was anti-welsh and was also a member of an extreme right wing party. - this of course was a total fabrication and an attempt to creat embarassment to Llais Gwynedd as a party.
He was of course referring to John Walker who had signed a candidate's paper to stand.
Now to clear some facts, Mr Walker is not and has never been a member of Llais Gwynedd, nor has he attended any of our meetings at all. He signed the paper as he lived near the candidate as all that is required in accordance with the rules, is that he confirms that the candidate is eligible to stand.
Take my election paper for example, It was signed by 10 people in the ward. Some were members of Plaid Cymru, some ex-members, members of Llais Gwynedd and some were members of nothing apart from the WI and Young Farmers.
What is interesting is some of the individuals who signed papers for Plaid Cymru. Who signed Councillor Dewi Lewis's paper ? and there are more dubious individuials out there who signed papers for Plaid candidates.
So there we are another Myth put to bed, and an explanation of how the debate between myself and Dafydd Iwan started.

ARFON 6
LLANLLYFNI: O P HUWS (Plaid Cymru)
Dyma chi ddyn diddorol. Does yna ddim byd tydi OP ddim yn gwybod am fusnes. Mi fuasai rhoi OP i arwain portffolio Uned Datblygu Economaidd yng Ngwynedd yn gwneud byd o les i bawb. Fo oedd y pen busnes SAIN, heb OP ni fuasai Sain wedi dathlu 20 mlynedd heb son am 40. Roedd o yn ffonio am 5.30 i 6.00 y bore, methu cysgu ac wedi cael rhyw syniad roedd angen trafod efo fi. Wedyn ar ol y sgwrs orffen yn gofyn , "..nes I ddim dy ddeffro di naddo ?"
Dim llawer sy'n gwybod mai Owen Pennant yw ei enw iawn ac yn 18 oed roedd yn rhedeg busnes cywion ieir yn yr ardal gan stopio mewn llefydd anghysbell i ffonio ei gystadleuwyr i edrych faint o archebion oedd ganddynt nhw !
LLANRUG: CHARLES JONES (Plaid Cymru)
Wrth siarad efo Charles un diwrnod mi ges gymaint o sioc pan ddywedodd ei fod wedi ymddeol. Dyma "Cliff Richard" Cyngor Gwynedd. Mae o yn edrych yn well na cynghorwyr hanner ei oed o. Cyn weithiwr i BT, fo hefyd oedd y Cynghorydd cyntaf o Blaid Cymru i siarad efo fi fel aelod o Lais Gwynedd yn Mai 2008. Mae o yn agos i'r top efo technoleg o ochr y Blaid, ac yn gefnogol i ddod a'r Cyngor Gwynedd i'r ganrif yma ym myd technoleg.
MARCHOG: SYLVIA HUMPHREYS (LIB-DEMS)
Hynod o neis ac ar gallu i siarad Cynmraeg yn reit dda. Mae Mrs Humphreys yn dysgu Cymraeg, a chwarae teg iddi hefyd. Be sy'n rhyfedd am fywyd ydi mi aeth Mrs Humphreys i Lundain i gyfarfod a'i gwr (oedd yn dod o Gymru), cyn dod yn ol ac ymgartrefu ym Mangor. Cefais eiriau neis ganddi 'chydig yn ol pan ddywedodd ei bod yn siarad efo'i gwr yn ddiweddar ac wedi dweud ers i ni ddod ar y cyngor, ei fod wedi mynd yn braf dod yno gan ein bod fel parti yn heriol ac yn cwestiynnu pethau rhywbeth nad oedd yn digwydd o'r blaen.
LLANLLYFNI: O P HUWS (Plaid Cymru)
An interesting man, there is nothing that OP doesn't know about business and enterprise that is not worth knowing. If you put OP as the portfolio leader on Economic Development in Gwynedd it would be the best one in Wales. DHe was the business brain behind SAIN. Without him SAIN would not have celebrated 20 years in business let alone done 40 years. He used to mphone me at 5.30am - 6.00am, he couldn't sleep and he had an idea that he needed to bounce ideas off me. After discussing the idea in detail, he would finish the conversation with "..I didn't wake you up did I ?"
Not many know that his real name is Owen Pennant and at 18 years old he was running his own business selling chickens in the area, and of course as a shrewd businessman he used to call his competitors from call boxes to check on their orders !
LLANRUG: CHARLES JONES (Plaid Cymru)
Whilst speaking with Charles one day I had such a shock when he told me he was retired. This is the "Cliff Richard" of Gwynedd Council. He looks better than councillors half his age. An ex employee of BT he was the first Plaid Councillor to speak to me following the election in May 2008. He is quite savy with technology and is fully supportive to move Gwynedd to this century in this field rather than languishing in the past.
MARCHOG: SYLVIA HUMPHREYS (LIB-DEMS)
Totally nice and able to have a conversation in Welsh. Mrs Humphreys has learnt Welsh and fair play to her as well. How interesting life is, as Mrs Humphreys when she was young went to London to live and work and it was there that she met her husband who incidentally is also Welsh and they came back to Bangor to live and work. She told me once that she was speaking with her husband recently and had told him what a joy it is to come to council meetings these days with Llais Gwynedd there as we ask qiestions and operate as an effective opposition which for Gwynedd is the first time it has happened in about 20 years.

MYTH AM LLAIS GWYNEDD
Mae rhai o aelodau Plaid Cymru yn honni fod Llais Gwynedd wedi'w sefydlu
"..oherwydd fod ambell unigolyn yn casau Plaid Cymru".
Eto Myth o adran sbin y Blaid ydi hyn. Dyma sut ddigwyddodd bethau.
2 Flynedd union yn ol i'r mis hwn, roedd cyfarfod wedi'w drefnu yn Ysgol Syr Hugh Owen i rieni, llywodraethwyr ac athrawon ysgolion cynradd y dalgylch i drafod Cynllun Cau Ysgolion Dafydd Iwan.
Yno roeddwn ymysg tua 120 o rai eraill, ac roedd Dr Gwyn Jones yn dweud fod hyn i gyd i "wella addysg y plant" dim byd wrth gwrs i wneud efo safio arian. Yn y cefn roedd y Cyn Gynghorwyr Dafydd Iwan, a Richard Parry Hughes ac hefyd Cyng. Huw Edwards.
Dywedwyd joc gan un ohonynt yn ddistaw fel fod y tri ohonynt yn chwerthin, ac fe wnaeth y gynulleidfa sylwi ar hyn.
O glywed ni yn trafod dyfodol addysg ein plant, a'r rhain yn cracio jocs yn cefn, mi godais i fyny a dweud wrth y tri "
cofiwch mae ni sydd wedi eich ethol i fewn fel Cynghorwyr ac os na fyddech yn gwrando arnom, ni fydd yn eich ethol allan hefyd".
Daeth cymeradwyaeth oddiwrth y dyrfa, roedd y folcano wedi cychwyn.
Aeth DI yn goch at ei glustiau ac ar ddiwedd y cyfarfod roedd wedi gwylltio cymaint fel nad oedd yn gallu cael ei eiriau allan i geisio dadlau efo fi. Noson honno roddais gyfweliad i Radio Cymru, Daily Post a C&D, dyma gychwyn LLAIS Y BOBOL.
Yn fuan wedyn daeth y Cynghorydd Owain Williams mewn cyswllt ac bu i ni gyfarfod.
Wedyn aeth y ddau ohonom allan i chwilio am bobol i sefyll etholiad. Daeth Simon atom am sgwrs ac eraill ac fe dyfodd popeth yn ddistaw bach.
Targedwyd seddi Dafydd Iwan, Meinir Owen a Richard Parry Hughes, er na roddwyd neb i fyny yn Groeslon, roeddem yn ymwybodol fuasai Cynghorydd Eric Jones yn ennill yn hawdd yno, hyd yn oed fuasai Ieuan Wyn ei hun yn sefyll yn ei erbyn.
Roeddwn hefyd wedi datgan fuasai DI a RPH yn colli eu seddi ymhell cyn yr etholiad, oherwydd y cymeriadau cryf a gonest roeddem wedi'w rhoi yn eu h'erbyn.
Ein bwriad oedd atal y cynllun dwl DI efo'r ysgolion, a rhoi synnwyr cyffredin i Gyngor Gwynedd yn ol.
Ac yn eiriau'r sais,
"The rest is history"
Some members of Plaid Cymru allege that Llais Gwynedd was set up because "some people hate Plaid Cymru"
Again this is a myth and a spin from Plaid. This is how we came about.
Exactly 2 years ago this month a meeting had been arranged in Syr Hugh Owen school for parents, governors and teachers of primary schools in the area, to discuss Dafydd Iwan's closure of Schools document.
I was there amongst about 120 others concerned and l;istening to Dr Gwyn Jones stating that it is all about "improving the education of our children and nothing to do with saving money"
In ths back was Ex Councillors Dafydd Iwan and Richard Parry Hughes and Councillor Huw Edwards.
A joke was said by one of them which resulted in the three laughing loudly, and those present noticed this. At this point I stood up and said "..you three there remember who voted you in as councillors and unless you listen, it will be those very same people who will vote you out as well".
The crowd erupted and we had started a volcano.
DI went red, and at the end of the meeting he was so incensed that he couldnt hold an argument with me due to his temper. That night I gave an interview for Radio Cymru, Daily Post and the C&D. - This was the start of LLAIS Y BOBOL - THE PEOPLE'S VOICE.
Soon after this, Councillor Owain Williams came into contact and we met.
Then both of us went out seeking candidates for the election, and of course Simon came to talk to us, and everything grew slowly and quietly.
We targeted the seats of Dafydd Iwan, Richard Parry Hughes and Meinir Owen and although we didn't put anyone up in Groeslon, we knew that even if Ieuan Wyn stood against Eric Jones, Eric would win him hands down.
I had also stated that DI and RPH would loose as the characters that were up against them were strong and honest.
Our target was to stop the Dafydd Iwan's stupid plan and bring common sense back to Gwynedd Council.
In simple words, "The rest is history".

PLAID CYMRU & LLAFUR / PLAID CYMRU AND LABOUR
Mae'r 3 wythnos diwethaf wedi bod yn hectic, ac dwi ddim wedi rhoi dim byd ar y blog o gwbl, ond dwi yn gofyn y cwestiwn hwn.
Gyda Rhodri yn gadael, a Llafur/Plaid wedi methu etholwyr Cymru, pam o pam na fedrith pobol Cymru weld fod y ddau barti wedi methu arwain gwelliannau yma yng Nhymru.
Dweud hynny, mae Rhodri Morgan yn ddyn hynod o neis, anffodus yw fod addewidion Llafur/Plaid wedi methu yn ei deyrnasiaeth.
Now the past 3 weeks have been hectic, and I haven't contributed anything new on the blog, but I throw this question up.
With Rhodri going, and Labour/Plaid Cymru having failed the electors in Wales, why o why o why can't people see that both parties are unable to lead.
Saying that, I must say that Rhodri Morgan is a very nice man, a gent in the true sense of the word. Unfortunate is that their original promises in the Lab/Plaid control failed to materialise.
