Neithiwr roeddwn yng Nghyfarfod Cyngor Cymuned ble roedd Cyngor Gwynedd dan y lach.
Roedd nifer o bethau lle rwyf I neu'r clerc wedi ei godi sydd angen sylw yn yr ardal heb gael ei gwneud ac roedd un Cynghorydd yn dweud fod rhai o'r materion hyn yn mynd yn ol bron iawn mor bell ar adeg pan gychwynnodd ar y Cyngor (bell amser yn ol).
Ar y cyfan dwi yn cytuno. Er fod nifer o bethau yn digwydd, pam pam a phaham fod y clerc a minnau yn gorfod ail ofyn yr un peth drosodd a throsodd o fis i fis.
Digon yw digon, ac ar yr agenda am fis nesaf fydd y cwestiwn o ddiffyg hyder yng Nghyngor Gwynedd fel Cyngor Sir yn cael ei drafod gan y Cyngor, mi fydd y penderfynniad yn wybodaeth gyhoeddus a phw a wyr, efallai fydd mwy o gynghorau yn teimlo yr un peth.
Iawn beth mae'r Cymunedau eu angen ac hefyd Cynghorwyr yw gweithrediad yn eu dymuniadau (os yn bosib wrth gwrs). Tra fod pentref Rhosgadfan yn lwcus cael dau doriad gwair y flwyddyn o amgylch y pentref, mae cannoedd os nad miloedd yn cael ei wario ar flodau neis ger mynediad parc diwydiannol Cibyn neu ger mynediad i Gaernarfon - Onid yw pobol Rhosgadfan a Rhostryfan yn talu trethi hefyd?, a pha adnoddau sydd ganddynt yn y pentref ar wahan i'r ysgol?, casglu sbwriel, sweeper sy'n teithio drwy'r pentref yn gyflymach na Schumaker, ac ychydig o bethau eraill.
Rwan bore ma ar doriad y wawr (tua 8 gan mai yn y bore mae dal hi), dwi am drefnu cyfarfod efo oddeuty 4 swyddog er mwyn gwthio'r gwch i'r dwr a gweld pam nad yw pethau yn cael ei wneud. Efallai fis yma ar ol lluchio'r dwmi allan, strancio a gweiddi fydd y materion hyn yn cael sylw ac efallai cawn osgoi pleidlais o ddiffyg hyder yn Cyngor Gwynedd.
Last night I was present at the Community Council meeting where services by Cyngor Gwynedd were discussed and judged.
There has been many matters discussed by myself and the clerk with officers in Gwynedd whereby nothing has been done, and one councillor stated that some have been so long that they go back to when he started as a councillor many years ago.
On the whole I would agree with this statement, although I have seen many matters being resolved, there are some where I or the clerk have had to go back and back to get things done.
Enough is enough, and it has been suggested for next months meeting, that a vote of no confidence is to be proposed on Gwynedd Council which could see other councils in Gwynedd following suite.
Now what the communities and councillors want is cooperation and implementation of their requirements (if of course possible).
Whilst the village of Rhosgadfan is lucky to get two grass cuttings annually, whilst hundreds or thousands of pounds are spent on nice flowers at the junction to Cibyn estate or as people enter Caernarfon.
The people of Rhosgadfan and Rhostryfan pay their rates as well and What resources ar ethey given by the Council apart from the School, refuse, a street sweeper that goes so fast through the village you might as well think that Michael Schumaker is driving, and other small matters ?
Now at 8 this morning, I will be knocking on the Council's door, speaking with officers and seeking answers and assurances as to why, when and how these matters are to be resolved ? And who knows by throwing my dummy out of the pram, jumping up and down and shouting and getting angry, perhaps these matters can then be resolved and we may even avoid the vote of confidence (or lack of).
