ANGEN GOFYN CWESTIYNNAU - NEED TO ASK QUESTIONS

Wsos yma yn y Caernarfon & Denbigh mae yna gefnogwr Plaid Cymru mawr o Bontnewydd yn dweud wrth etholwyr ward Llanwnda i ofyn lle dwi yn sefyll ar bethau ac be dwi yn ei wneud.

Wel i bob un rwyf wedi cydweithio efo nhw yn y 2 flynedd diwethaf, mae hynny yn braidd yn glir, i'r ysgolion a'r rhieni sydd dal efo ysgolion yn eu pentrefi mae hynny hefyd dal yn glir, ac i bob un dwi wedi gweithio efo i gael ty cyngor, mae hynny hefyd dal yn glir.

Sgwn I os wnaeth y gwr o Bontnewydd ofyn cwetiynnau o'i gyn gynghorydd Plaid Cymru pan oedd yn cefnogi gwerthu tir adeiladu werth cannoedd o filoedd o bunnau am £1 ia £1 i gwmni adeiladu yn Doc Fictoria. Collodd Cyngor Gwynedd o leiaf £499,999 y diwrnod hwnnw, so Mr Plaid Cymru Bontnewydd, mi ofynaf I y cwestiwn, "A wnaethoch chi ofyn pam fod Plaid Cymru yng Ngwynedd yn gwerthu Doc Fictoria am £1".

Mae yna yn y Saesneg ddyfyniad enwog sy'n dweud y cwbwl.

This week in the Caernarfon & Denbigh there is a Plaid Cymru supporter from Bontnewydd who is telling the electors of Llanwnda to ask me where do I stand on various points of view and what do I do ?.

Well to everyone who I have worked with over the past 2 years, that is quite obvious, to the schools and the parents who still have a school in their village, that is quite obvious, and to everyone I have worked with to get a council house, that is quite obvious.

I wonder if the Plaid man in Bontnewydd asked the previous Plaid councillor for the ward why did he support selling valuable land in Doc Fictoria worth hundreds of thousands for a £1, yes that's right folks one measly £1.

Gwynedd Council lost at least £499,999 that day so Mr Plaid Cymru in Bontnewydd I shall ask the question, "Did you ask the why Plaid Cymru led Gwynedd Council sold Doc Fictoria for a £1".

The poem below say's it all.

First they came for the Communists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Communist
Then they came for the Socialists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Socialist
Then they came for the trade unionists
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a trade unionist
Then they came for the Jews
And I did not speak out
Because I was not a Jew
Then they came for me
And there was
no one left
To speak out for me.

  1. The ICO will determine on an FOI request relating to Victoria Dock very soon now. GCC have enough problems so I hope there is a good reason why it was sold for £1, yes, that is one hundred pence!

    Bargian go iawn!!

Well that will be good news it requires clarity and a total openness of ALL files and not hide under FOI about protecting commerciability etc etc.

£1 is riddicolous and to cap it Gwynedd Council had a grant to clear it as a brownfield site from the WDA and I'm sure a condition of that grant is NO HOUSING or it has to be repaid in full. So Gwynedd receive £300k + grant, sell it for a £1 and pay back the WDA £300,000 o it has cost net to ratepayers £299,999, to give the dock away

Na fedrwn ateb hynny, doeddwn i ddim ar y Cyngor pan werthywyd y sfale am £1. Roedd criw y Blaid yn gwthio y mater i werthu am £1. Nhw yw'r unig rai gellir ateb y cwestiwn hyn.

Poundland LOL. That's a good question, at least it would feel at home there.

  7. This looks like a scandal to me! Who is the councillor involved in this? What has he sold off from Gwynedd?

  8. Anon. Many Councillors were involved, some of which have lost their seats at the previous election, some are still on the council. An independant investigation is required to clear any alleged stories circultating the area once and for all.

The Brownfield grant stipulated NO HOUSING. And what do we have, yes Housing.
